After 18 years of client service, I’ve realized not every client is for me and I’m not for every client. I think both parties should enter into the conversation making sure they are confident and agreeable for the best chance of success. At the end of the day, we are all just people. Lets be nice to each other and lets ALL do the right thing. That means service providers owning up to their wrongs and also it means clients not pulling the customer is always right to get what they want (if it’s unreasonable).
