When a client gives you full creative freedom…it’s a gift and a curse. As an artist, you feel free and excited to implement your creativity and styles you’ve studied. Though there is certainly that pressure and wonder of concern if they will love your art. And we know artist are sensitive about their “ish”, lol. To be honest I was stuck on this piece…though I was able to combine three ideas we had and I loved the final design 💛💚🩵🤍🩷thankfully my client did as well! Check my stories for the inspiration that was given that I had to work from to get here. It was really only a color scheme. My creative style is truly freestyle. No sketches or anything. I’m forever grateful to my clients who trust me with their special moments. 🫶🏾

At times I am hesitant to post all of my cakes because my photos are not at luxurious set ups when clients pick up… Funny enough its often the photos I almost didn’t post that get the best reach or are sent back to me as inspiration for a future client. This is my reminder to self and if you need it too, TAKE THE PIC AND POST EVERY SINGLE ONE. Your future clients and self are depending on it.
